"They can no longer find a receipts on my tires or anything basically I have bought. I have already had one tire that the gentleman said should be able to be prorated. But could not find a receipt. I have one tire on the rear of my bike it's it should still have receipt for warranty on it but they have no clue. it has already started costing me money I have done research into where the receipts are I cannot find them I was told they would be kept on the computer. You let me know what I should do except for maybe find some place else to take my tires to"

"The service has always been great for me. They are always there to help but not in an overbearing way. There’s always at least one person about 15 to 20 feet away always on call if you ask a question. They also always know what they’re talking about and if they don’t know, they’ll find the right person and get the correct answer instead of making one up like how most places would. Pacheco Cycle Gear is my favorite one in the area and it’s the only one I go to. "
"Needed a new full face helmet, found one I really liked. Staff wasn’t very knowledgeable and I had to dig to find it. Few helmets were where they were supposed to be, very disorganized. "
"I take my wheels to install new tires on Saturday morning they tell me is going to be ready Sunday so I wait all Sunday and I don’t get a call from them so I call to ask and he say if I don’t get the call from them that’s mean the tires are not ready and hang up so I wait until Monday to the end of the day and the same thing but I get mad and I tell him to I need to know how long more I have to wait an he say let me check and the tires was ready on Sunday but I don’t get any call or when I call in Sunday the guy never check so you need to get mad so they can help you "

The 2 guys in the back were helpful in that they helped me choose a better set of tires than I would have chose myself and one of the guys came out on his lunch break to help. Also they got my tires done that day which was great cause normally they're pretty loaded with work. "
"Initially I called about a helmet and the first person that answered said he checked his stock and that they did not have the helmet in my size to look at. Called Fairfield store and said they had it. On my way to Fairfield, I called Pacheco store just because I felt the first person I talked to just rushed me off the phone. The second person I talked to actually checked and said I have three in my size I can look at. If it wasn’t for him I would have drove 30 miles out of my way just because the first employee I talked to was too lazy to look. Worked out find because of the second person that helped me. Too bad for that sorry **** first individual I talked to. "
